- Barakat Surgical reserves the right to decline or cancel orders with unreachable contact numbers or incomplete postal addresses.
2. Pricing & Commercial Quotations
- Displayed prices are retail Cash on Delivery rates.
- Healthcare institutions, private hospitals, charity foundations, and pharmacies requiring bulk wholesale tier-pricing can request direct GST/NTN quotations through our B2B helpline (0334-4383555).
- While we strive for absolute catalog accuracy, in the event of an inadvertent typographical pricing error, we reserve the right to correct the error before dispatch.
3. Electronic Diagnostic Equipment Usage
- All electronic equipment (digital BP monitors, ultrasonic/compressor nebulizers, blood glucose meters) must be powered strictly according to user-manual specifications.
- Any faults or burns resulting from incorrect electrical adapters, high-voltage surges, or battery acid leakage are not covered under checking warranties.
4. Courier & Delivery Conditions
- Transit timelines (2 to 4 working days for PostEx nationwide COD) are standard courier estimates. Unforeseen courier delays caused by weather, road closures, or national holidays are managed actively with courier tracking support.
- Parcels must be received and settled with the courier agent at the verified delivery address.
5. Governing Jurisdiction
All commercial agreements and transactions are governed under the trade laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
